• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days notice

4.3 Free Trial

We offer a 24-hour free trial for new users. You may cancel at any time during the trial period without charge. After the trial ends, your selected subscription plan will automatically begin unless cancelled.

4.4 Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of initial purchase. Renewals and additional purchases are not eligible for refunds.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

5.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Transmit any malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Engage in any form of cyber attack or hacking

5.2 Bandwidth and Fair Use

Each subscription plan includes specific bandwidth limits. Excessive use that impacts other users may result in temporary speed limitations or account suspension.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CloudNext Pte. Ltd. and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.

You retain all rights to any content you transmit through the Service. We do not monitor or store your internet activity or communications content.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We maintain a strict no-logs policy and do not monitor, record, or store your internet activity. We only collect minimal information necessary for service operation and account management.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

8.1 Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.

8.2 No Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL CLOUDNEXT PTE. LTD., ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CloudNext Pte. Ltd. and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or related to:

• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support. Termination does not entitle you to any refunds except as provided in our Refund Policy.

10.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees
• Request by law enforcement

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that should reasonably survive termination shall remain in effect.

11.1 Informal Resolution

11.2 Arbitration

Any disputes not resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). The arbitration shall be conducted in English and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in courts for matters related to data security, intellectual property, or unauthorized access to the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within Singapore for the resolution of any disputes.

13. General Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CloudNext Pte. Ltd. regarding the Service.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13.3 No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of those rights.

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
